If you live outside of the United States or Canada and want to know whether I ship to your location, just drop me a message and I’ll let you know!

I stand by my products and their quality, making all sales final. No refunds will be given, unless an item is damaged upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, you have 48 hours to inspect the contents of your package, and notify me of any damage by sending pictures, so an insurance claim can be filed with the shipping company. At that time, you will have the option of receiving a replacement or refund. If you choose to receive a replacement, it will be shipped to you within a week’s time, depending on product availability. Alternatively, if you choose to receive a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, as determined by the payment processing company.

Yatzuri.com is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. So, if you live in an area where you are concerned about theft, signature confirmation service can be added to your package for an additional fee. If you require signature upon delivery service, please let me know in the notes at checkout and I will send you a separate invoice for those costs. Yatzuri.com will also NOT replace any damaged mailed goods until a claim has been made to your post office / shipping provider.

Please note: Once orders have shipped, they cannot be cancelled or modified.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund on a damaged item. So, please get in touch ASAP with any issues and I will always do my best to make things right!

Orders typically ship within 5 business days of placing your order, unless an item is a pre-order, custom order, or out of stock. Weekends and holidays are not included as business days. Pre-order, Custom items and out of stock items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after the purchase date, unless stated otherwise on the product page. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. A USPS or UPS tracking number will be provided once your item is on its way!

Please note: Canadian and international shipments may be inspected by customs, which may delay the shipping times. Yatzuri.com is not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred on shipments. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Pre-order and back order items will be shipped out separately from in stock items, due to the length of time it can take to create them. So, if you are interested in those items, you can choose to add them to your cart and you will receive a separate invoice for their shipping & handling costs and they will ship once they become available.

When your order is shipped from my studio, I will send you an email to confirm your order is now complete.
Just log into your My Account page on Yatzuri.com and click on the Orders link to find your most recent order.
You will see a tracking number and a link to enable you to track your package.

I do not accept order cancellations once an order has been processed. However. If you would like to add another product to an order that has not been shipped, please contact me and quote your order number. You will receive an invoice for the item(s) you’d like to add, including any additional S&H that may be applicable.

Earn Points for shopping with me and writing a product review, and turn those points into rewards!

Here’s how to participate:

  1. When you buy through a live stream broadcast or directly at Yatzuri.com, you get 1 point for every $1 spent.
  2. Every time you leave a product review for an item purchased, you’ll earn another 10 points.
  3. Once you reach 1000 points, you’ll receive $10 off a future purchase. Just redeem your points at checkout or contact me to get $10 off your next invoice.
  4. You can track your points at any time by logging into your My Account dashboard and clicking on the My Points link in the sidebar.
