Does the Yatzuri Shop do custom orders?
Yes! We do custom orders for bath & body products fulfilling a minimum order quantity. Contact us for more details.
Where do you ship to?
Orders placed on Yatzuri.com ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Australia and Canada.
If you live elsewhere and want to know whether we can ship to your location, just drop us a message.
HOW CAN I STAY UPDATED ON YOUR SALES AND SPECIAL EVENTS?
We encourage you to hop into Zuri’s live broadcasts for weekly shopping! That’s where you can interact with her in real time with any questions about the products, get ritual tips & instruction on how to use them and take advantage of specials only available to her internet community!

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS?
All USPS priority mail includes insurance and tracking for up to $100 (domestic) and $200 (international).
USPS ground advantage service includes tracking and insurance for up to $100.
First class mail / international service comes with tracking but is not insured.
If you want your package insured above what is covered by USPS, please let us know in the notes at checkout and we will send you a separate invoice for those costs.
If your insured item arrives damaged please email support@yatzuri.com within 2 days of receipt with a photo of the damaged item(s), the condition of the box, and packaging.
Once an insurance claim has been filed, we will happily issue a refund to your original method of payment, provide a store credit, or a replacement (based on availability).
USPS assumes responsibility of the package once they pick it up from us. Therefore, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If items are lost or stolen, a claim can be filed directly through USPS.
Packages marked as “Delivered” do not qualify for a refund nor replacement. You must file a claim with USPS if you have not received items marked as “Delivered.”
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund on a damaged item. So, please get in touch ASAP with any issues and we will always do our best to make things right!
I'M INTERESTED IN A PRE-ORDER OR BACK ORDERED ITEM.
Pre-order and back order items will be shipped out separately from in stock items, due to the length of time it can take to create them. So, if you are interested in those items, you can choose to add them to your cart and you will receive a separate invoice for their shipping & handling costs and they will ship once they become available.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A SESSION WITH ZURI FOR A READING OR ENERGY HEALING?
Zuri offers 1:1 sessions for ritual coaching, intuitive guidance and spiritual practices you can incorporate into your daily life using any of her products. Head over here to schedule your session with Zuri.
Your Order & Account
How long does it take for my package to ship?
Items will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days from when they are ordered.
This does not include transit time.
Yatzuri Shop does not ship on weekends or on national holidays.
When will I receive my package once it has been shipped?
Once your package leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the postal carrier and subject to their transit times.
Transit times are as follows:
Normally, domestic deliveries via USPS priority service arrive within 3 business days, depending on where your package is going.
Domestic orders shipping via USPS ground advantage may take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered.
Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.
Transit times are not guaranteed, and may take longer based on factors such as weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
All items are shipped via USPS. A USPS tracking number will be provided once your item is on its way!
It can take up to 4-6 weeks for international delivery.
Please note: International shipments may be inspected by customs, which may delay the shipping times. Yatzuri.com is not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred on shipments. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped from our studio, we will send you an email to confirm your order is now complete.
Just log into your My Account page on Yatzuri.com and click on the Orders link to find your most recent order.
You will see a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Can I add an item to my order?
If your package has not already shipped, we are happy to accommodate that request. Please contact us asap with your order number and the item(s) you wish to add.
You will receive an invoice for those items, including any additional shipping costs that may be applicable.
However, once you receive a tracking number for an order, no item adjustments can be made, and you will need to place a separate order.
