Does the Yatzuri Shop do custom orders?

You bet we do, darling! We’re all about making your dreams come true, so yes, we absolutely offer custom orders for our bath & body products. There is a minimum order quantity, so just reach out to us, and we’ll chat about all the juicy details to bring your vision to life!

Where do you ship to?

We’re here to send love everywhere we can! Orders placed on Yatzuri.com ship to the U.S. (yep, including Alaska & Hawaii!), Australia, and Canada. If you’re somewhere else and want to know if we can ship to you, just shoot us a message, and we’ll figure it out together!

HOW CAN I STAY UPDATED ON YOUR SALES AND SPECIAL EVENTS?

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

Hey Gorgeous! Here’s the lowdown on shipping and insurance:

All USPS Priority Mail includes insurance and tracking for up to $100 (domestic) and $200 (international). USPS Ground Advantage includes tracking and insurance for up to $100. First Class Mail or international service comes with tracking but is not insured.

Want extra insurance above what’s covered by USPS? No worries—just leave a note at checkout, and we’ll send you a separate invoice to cover the extra cost.

If your insured item arrives damaged, email us at support@yatzuri.com within 2 days of receipt. Please include a photo of the damaged item(s), as well as the box and packaging condition. We’ll handle the rest! Once we’ve filed the insurance claim, we’ll either refund you, offer store credit, or replace the item (subject to availability).

Once USPS picks up your package, they take full responsibility. We’re not liable for lost or stolen packages, but don’t stress—if your package goes missing, you can file a claim directly with USPS.

Important: If your package is marked as “Delivered,” we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement. If you haven’t received your package, file a claim directly with USPS.

And lastly, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer a refund on damaged items. Please reach out ASAP, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right!

Hey love! Just a quick note about pre-orders and back-orders: these special items will be shipped separately from in-stock goodies, because they may take a bit longer to create.

If you’re adding one (or more!) to your cart, no worries! You’ll get a separate invoice for their shipping and handling costs, and they’ll be shipped to you as soon as they’re ready to roll.

Your Order & Account

How long does it take for my package to ship?

Once your order is placed, we typically ship it out within 3-5 business days—so you won’t have to wait long to get your hands on your goodies!

Please note that this timeframe doesn’t include transit time, and we don’t ship on weekends or national holidays (everyone needs a little break, right?). We’ll get it to you as quickly as possible!

When will I receive my package once it has been shipped?

Once your package leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the postal carrier and their transit times. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect:

Domestic Orders:

  • USPS Priority typically takes 3 business days, but it depends on where it’s going!
  • USPS Ground Advantage can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days.

Keep in mind: Business days don’t include weekends or holidays. And transit times are not guaranteed—they can be impacted by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

International Orders: These can take up to 4-6 weeks. Plus, international shipments may be inspected by customs, which could cause additional delays. Please note: Customs or duty charges are the customer’s responsibility.

You’ll get a USPS tracking number once your item ships, so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you. Happy waiting (we promise it’s worth it)!

How can I track my order?

Want to track your order? We got you! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Just log into your My Account page, click on the Orders link, and you’ll see your tracking number along with a handy link to track your package. Easy, right?

Can I add an item to my order?

Want to add an item to your order? If your package hasn’t shipped yet, no problem—we’re happy to help! Just reach out to us ASAP with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to add.

We’ll send you an invoice for those items, including any extra shipping charges if needed.

Once your order has a tracking number, though, we can’t make changes. At that point, you’ll need to place a separate order. But don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!
