Orders

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order, without notice.

Business Hours

  • Our online shop is open 24/7.

  • Customer service inquiries are responded to within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders ship within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • We use USPS for all deliveries. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, it is subject to their transit times and handling.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided when available.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days.

  • Domestic (USPS Ground Advantage): 2–5 business days.

  • International: Up to 4–6 weeks depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs

  • Customs fees, taxes, tariffs and duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Yatzuri.com is not responsible for postal delays, customs holds, or international duties.

Product Refunds, Damages & Cancellations

  • All USPS Priority and Ground Advantage shipments include insurance (up to $100). First Class Mail includes tracking but no insurance.

  • If an insured item arrives damaged, email support@yatzuri.com within 2 days with photos of the item, packaging, and box.

  • Replacements, refunds, or store credit will be issued once a USPS insurance claim is initiated.

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements on uninsured packages, lost/stolen items, or packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

  • No refunds on product purchases after 30 days.

  • Pre-order or custom items are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Products, Pricing & Availability

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or revise products at any time without notice.

  • All prices and promotions are subject to change.

  • By purchasing, you agree that you are buying for personal use only, not for resale.

Coaching & Consulting Services

  • Our coaching and consulting services — including, but not limited to, intuitive tarot readings, energy work, numerology, and life coaching — are offered for informational and educational purposes only.

  • Because of the time, energy, and care that go into each session, all payments are 100% non-refundable once made.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, especially in cases of disrespectful or harmful behavior.


Membership Terms

When you join the Membership:

  • Because you receive immediate access to valuable resources, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. This policy ensures fairness and integrity for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding — and for being part of this space.

  • You’re welcome to cancel your membership at any time.

  • After you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again. Please note: we do not offer immediate cancellations, prorated refunds, or retroactive changes.

  • All materials are for your personal use only.

  • You agree not to share your login details or distribute any content outside of the Membership.

  • Kindness is required.

  • We reserve the right to remove anyone from the Membership, workshops, or courses for behavior that is harmful, abusive, or harassing — whether toward our team or other members. This is a supportive, respectful environment, and we’re committed to keeping it that way.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website without notice if you violate these terms, misuse the content, or behave in a way that we deem inappropriate or harmful.
