Orders typically ship within 2 business days of placing your order, unless an item is a pre-order, custom order, or out of stock. Weekends and holidays are not included as business days. Custom items and out of stock items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after the purchase date, unless stated on the product page. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. A USPS or UPS tracking number will be provided once your item is on its way!
Please note: Canadian and international shipments may be inspected by customs, which may delay the shipping times. Yatzuri.com is not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred on shipments. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All UPS and USPS priority mail include insurance and tracking by the carrier for up to $50. First class mail comes with tracking but is not insured. If you require additional insurance, please let us know in the notes at checkout and we will send you a separate invoice for those costs.
If your insured item arrives damaged or broken please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt with a photo of the damaged item, the condition of the box, and packaging and we are happy to issue a refund to your original method of payment, provide a store credit, or a replacement (based on availability).
Please note: We will not replace any damaged mailed goods until an insurance claim has been made to your post office / shipping provider.
The Yatzuri Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or lost items from USPS or UPS. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate. If items are lost or stolen, a claim can be filed directly through USPS.
Packages marked as “Delivered” do not qualify for a refund nor replacement. You must file a claim with the carrier if you have not received items marked as “Delivered.”
Please note: Once orders have shipped, they cannot be cancelled or modified.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund on a damaged item. So, please get in touch ASAP with any issues and we will always do our best to make things right!

Impulse purchases, pre-order and custom order items are not subject to a refund or cancellation, so please make sure you really want these items before ordering.
