How to use: Crumble your desired amount of bubble scoop under warm/hot running water to activate the bubbles and hold your rutilated quartz in your hand to clear out negativity, bring emotional healing + spiritual awakening. Best used within 6 months of purchase. Store wrapped in a cool, dark place until ready to use.
